This course is designed for staff who clean, unblock and work with rotary valves. It gives delegates a clear understanding of the hazards involved, the legislation that applies, and the safe systems of work, guarding and lock-off procedures needed to carry out the task safely.

The practical inspection element requires access to the relevant machinery.

Comprehensive notes will be given to all students who attend the course.

Certification

On satisfactory completion of the course a certificate of competence will be issued that will be valid for three years.
