  • The problems and hazards associated with safe working at height

Legislation & Responsibilities

  • Relevant legislation, including the Work at Height Regulations 2005
  • The employer's responsibilities for working at height
  • The employee's responsibilities for working at height

Assessing & Controlling the Risk

  • Risk assessment for work at height
  • Establishing safe systems of work

Fall Protection Systems

  • Passive safety systems and how they protect workers
  • Temporary safety products and their appropriate use

Assessment & Review

  • Multiple choice test
  • Review and question time

Notes

Fully Comprehensive notes will be given to all delegates who attend the course

Certification

On satisfactory completion of the course a certificate of competence will be issued that will be valid for 3 years
