Introduction.Legislation including the H & S @ Work etc. Act, PUWER, COSHH etc..Basic Principles including:.Heat Transfer.The simple refrigeration circuit.Properties of Ammonia including:.Advantages.Hazards & Risks.COSHH.The use of Ammonia as a refrigerant including:.Refrigeration and food preservation.Refrigerants and the Environment.Safety requirements for Ammonia Systems including:.Plant Room safety.Fire Precautions.First Aid.Operating limits.

Notes

Fully Comprehensive notes will be given to all delegates who attend the course

Certification

On satisfactory completion of the course a certificate of competence will be issued that will be valid for 3 years
